Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the StudioGen mobile application operated by Father of Web LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using StudioGen, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the app.
2. Account Registration
To use StudioGen, you must create an account using Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, or email and password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
StudioGen offers subscription plans and credit-based purchases that provide access to premium features and AI photo generation credits. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
- Payment is charged to your App Store account at confirmation of purchase
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's App Store settings
- Unused credits do not expire while your account remains active
- Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies
4. Free Trial
We may offer a free trial with a limited number of AI generation credits. Free trial credits are available once per account and cannot be combined with other offers. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial at any time.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of the photos you upload to StudioGen. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your images solely for the purpose of providing the AI generation service.
You represent and warrant that you have the right to upload and use any photos you submit, and that your content does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property or other rights.
6. AI-Generated Content
Images generated by StudioGen's AI features are provided for your personal and commercial use, subject to these Terms. You receive a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the generated images.
- AI-generated images may not be identical each time, even with the same inputs
- We do not guarantee that generated images will meet specific quality or accuracy standards
- You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated images complies with applicable laws
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use StudioGen to:
- Generate illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or discriminatory content
- Create misleading or deceptive images intended to defraud others
- Infringe upon or violate any intellectual property rights
- Upload content containing malware or attempt to compromise our systems
- Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the service
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the service
- Circumvent any usage limits, credit systems, or access controls
8. Intellectual Property
The StudioGen app, including its design, logo, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Father of Web LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the app without our written permission.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
StudioGen is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the app is at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Father of Web LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the app, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the app's settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to other users or our services.
Upon account termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately. Any unused credits or remaining subscription time will not be refunded unless required by applicable law.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Effective" date and, where appropriate, through in-app notifications. Your continued use of StudioGen after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of StudioGen shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
