Father of Web LLC ("StudioGen", "we", "us", or "our") operates the StudioGen mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our app.

Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your email address, display name (optional), and authentication credentials. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your name and email address as provided by those services.
Photos and Images
When you use our AI photo generation features, we temporarily process the product photos you upload. Images are sent to our AI processing service solely to generate your requested output and are not stored permanently on our servers after processing is complete.
Purchase Information
We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and in-app purchases. We receive transaction records (product purchased, date, subscription status) but do not have access to your full payment details, which are handled by Apple's App Store.
Usage Data
We may collect anonymous usage data such as app interactions, feature usage patterns, and crash reports to improve the app experience. This data is not linked to your personal identity.
Device Information
We may collect device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers for analytics and to ensure compatibility with our services.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the app and its features
- Process your AI-generated product photos
- Manage your account, subscriptions, and credit balance
- Send transactional emails (e.g., email verification, password resets)
- Improve and personalize your app experience
- Detect, prevent, and address technical issues and abuse

3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Firebase Authentication — for secure account management
- RevenueCat — for subscription and purchase management
- AI Image Processing — to generate product photos (images are processed and not retained)
- Apple App Store — for payment processing

4. Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data from our systems within 30 days. Uploaded photos are processed in real-time and are not stored after your generated images are delivered.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL), secure authentication protocols, and access controls. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your account and personal data
- Export your data in a portable format
- Opt out of non-essential data collection
